Hang Up & Hang Out
A Challenge for Parents
At Mindful Life, we are committed to helping families overcome daily stresses in order to engage in meaningful and mindful ways. As experts in child, family and school psychology we’ve made it our mission to help reduce stress by providing mindfulness solutions for children, parents, and educators.
Nothing is more at the core to a relationship than the simple, uninterrupted connection of face-to-face contact.
Hang Up & Hang Out provides families with a reminder that getting off the phone in the presence of each other can make a powerful difference in our relationships.
What Is Hang Up & Hang Out?
- A challenge to parents to curtail their cell phone use in the presence of their kids for one week.
- An opportunity to build stronger relationships between family members.
- A recognition that in today’s time-pressed, technology-driven, overly-scheduled world it can be challenging to find the time to stop and have meaningful engagement with those we care about most.
- An example of how little changes make big differences.
